These are some greeting cards I made last July and donated to my local Susan G. Komen office. I made the cards in response to a volunteer opportunity the organization posted on a United Way Volunteer Center website asking for handmade cards to include in care packages for women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Designs from the Silhouette Design Store that I used included the Hope Breast Cancer Ribbon, She Stood in the Storm phrase, We Don’t Know How Strong We Are phrase, Ribbon Awareness Spray card, Square Center Step Card: Butterfly and the Butterfly Shadow Box Folded Card. I used the Darice butterflies embossing folder for several of the cards. The breast cancer awareness paper is from Me & My Big Ideas.
My mom helped me assemble the cards and wrote messages inside. (She has good handwriting!)
